Fountains High School is committed to ensuring that every young person moves on to a destination that reflects their individual strengths, interests and aspirations. In 2025-26, 93.8% of students secured a positive destination in education or training and 6.2% of students moved into employment.

Destination providers include Fountains Post-16 @ BSDC, Burton and South Derbyshire College, Broomfield Hall, Leek College, NASAI Academy, Mencap Supported Internship, Transition Two and other specialist education providers.
This breadth of provision ensures that students can continue to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed for adult life, employment and community participation.
