That! Dance
That! Dance is launching an exciting new project, Building Foundations: Growing Inclusive Dance in Burton, designed for disabled and/or neurodivergent young people and adults aged 16+.
The project offers a unique "Participant + One" opportunity, allowing participants to attend dance sessions alongside someone important to them, such as a parent, carer, family member, friend, or another trusted person. The aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can enjoy dance, build confidence, and develop new connections.
Following the sessions, participants will be signposted to local dance opportunities so they can continue their dance journey and remain engaged in inclusive community activities.
Free Inclusive Dance Workshops
As part of the project, free inclusive dance workshops are also available and can be delivered within schools, community settings, or alternative venues. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for individuals to experience the benefits of inclusive dance in a safe and supportive environment.
